On the 20th of August, the incumbent President, Daniel R. Gomez, issued a public announcement regarding the incorporation of a new district into the Republic of Dostykstan. This newly annexed region has been designated with the name "Arstotzka," a decision reached during talks between the Dostykstani Government and the local authorities of the present Arstotzkan administration.

          Arstotzka represents more than a mere addition of a district or territory to Dostykstan. This comes as Arstotzka marks a significant milestone as the first district to be located within North America, situated within the confines of the city of Houston, Texas. In an intriguing and somewhat ironic twist, Braden Early, formerly labelled as an "American Spy" by the fledgling Dostykstani Government in 2022, has assumed the position of Governor and Representative for the District of Arstotzka—a fitting juxtaposition.
