Today, April 14 2023, the Dostykstani Government announced plans to open a Consulate General in Dostykstan. The Governments of the Republic of Dostykstan and the Tsardom of Kaltarsia are currently negotiating and planning out the Kaltarsian Consulate General. With it being incredibly hard for foreigners to enter Dostykstan's capital, Dostyk City, the plan for a foreign embassy in Dostyk City had to be scrapped. Soon after a new plan for a "foreign diplomatic mission" in Selatan City, Selatan District, was created. The Dostykstani Government initially reached out to the Hokorian Government wether they were interested in creating a diplomatic mission in Dostykstan but they had some hesitations. Because of this, the Dostykstani Government then reached out to the Government of the Tsardom of Kaltarsia and they accepted the offer almost immediately.
